What do you love about being a woman today?

I love we are openly and powerfully finding our way back to a rite-full sitting within ourselves, within nature and within the community. Women are biologically designed to be creators and great compassionate leaders.

What practices inspire you to keep evolving?

The idea that I CAN evolve inspires me every day.The young me loved the land of inner visualisations before bedtime and throughout my life, I've been drawn to spend time with my body through Rhoyo Yoga, Bikram, and Kundalini Yoga developing my inner connection to self and source. Today, the older me deeply values my daily meditation practice and regenerative quantum bio hacks.

What is my favourite part of calling Byron Bay home?

Growing up in the Northern Rivers, in Githabul country and living in the  Byron Shire on and off since I was 17, the air and the land here is my HOME. The community is strong, healthy and incredibly active, and generally attracts open-mindedness. I love that I feel grounded and at home here. I am deeply passionate about continuing to preserve this place.

Tell us a little bit about you and your journey to where you are now with your career and / creative path?

Today I have come full circle back to the creative outlet of Acting. I never knew when I walked away from the industry that I had cut myself off from such an important part of me. During my years away from the industry, I found a great passion for sustainable fashion in CHANCE BAGS. The rediscoveries I am making now as a wiser, gracefully aging woman allow the future to feel genuinely happy and exciting. I see scripts to be written, stories to be told and produced, animal communication and maybe even more sustainable handbags to be made.

How would you describe your style and what influences what you wear; how would you like to express yourself through your choices with your personal style?

Eclectic bohemian classic with a few cups of style and a pinch of dag. I really love to meet the moment so I'm influenced by the theme, the event or by the day and definitely by comfort. I also love to discover new outfits by combining pieces that I already have in my wardrobe. It feels like winning a chess game. I also want to become more eccentric, mash it up, and play with colours more as I get older.

Finally, what is it about wearing Natasha's garments that resonates for you and what would you love to wear but haven't found yet?

I feel elevated & feminine when I wear Natasha. I feel it as soon as I put it on and I witness other people notice it when I wear it. There is a quality in Natasha's design observations, in her crafting and now in her impact on the Earth. She is very clever.I would like to wear a tailored maxi dress with pockets made in stretch cotton terry towelling. - and maybe in a full-length zip front jumpsuit and even a tailored wide-leg pant - wink nudge!

With thanks

Natasha xo
