Refund Policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We always hope you love the piece you have purchased, and can cherish for many years to come.
However, we do understand that shopping online can sometimes be challenging. For that reason, we will be happy to offer a refund or credit note if you chose to return your item, provided your return it within 7 days of receiving it. We also offer exchanges or credit notes to be used within 6 months, this will be issued within 7 days of receiving the return.
We DO NOT offer returns or refunds on sale items.
Due to the limited-edition nature of NATASHA pieces, unfortunately we are not always be able to exchange for your next favourite item as the colour and size may have already sold out.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for another size style or colour we ask the item is returned for exchange in original condition within 7 days of purchase[See below returns process] you will thereafter have 30 days to choose the item you wish as an exchange and we will send it to you.
NB exchanges can only be held for 60 days from first purchase not longer.
Please note that postage to send an item back for a refund will be at the customer’s own expense.

Due to hygiene reasons, please note that items such as earrings and Body suits or swim cannot be returned.
How to make a return
To return an item and receive a refund for your purchase, all NATASHA pieces must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the original swing tags attached and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or shows signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyers at their own expense.

Please note you must do this within 7 days of receiving your item.
After you have received your return postage label, please securely package your item in its original box and ensure the label is secure.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, or a credit note will be issued and delivered via email.
