Shipping policy

We ship throughout Australia with Australia Post and Internationally to Southeast Asia, Europe and the USA with Sendle.

 Orders will require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise stated by the customer.

 If you’re not home, they will leave you a card and you can pick it up from your local post office. If you don’t collect it from the post office in 7 business days it will be sent back to us. To repost back to you we will have to charge you. 

Orders placed before 10am AEST, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next business day with postal tracking through Australia Post and/or International Registered Post.

Australia – Allow 2 -6 days

Shipping is free for single item purchases regular post.

If you require EXPRESS postal $12 is added.

International – Allow 4 to 14 days – 

You will get an email with the full tracking information when it leaves the warehouse so you can quickly locate and track the progress of your order. If you did not receive this email, please contact us at hello@natashathelabel.com

Please provide correct shipping/delivery information as we will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or an address that is not recognised by Australia Post or International Registered Post. We are also unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched and we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends or Australian National public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the next available business day. 

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes for international Shipping, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.  Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. 

Part of the beauty of our pieces is their rarity and so we are limited in some styles as we do make as limited edition small runs.
